Used to be really good but last few months is awful. They have just delivered a prescription that I didn't order and it is missing again 2 medications. They don't answer the phone. So disappointed in them now

We always struggled to get repeat prescriptions for a 4yr old, as you could only ring the doctors between certain times, and then be in a phone queue for up to 30 minutes, sometimes not getting through.
