Superb they helped me with a major issue when the sender didn't write my full address on the parcel. I took my id and proof of address and was able to receive my parcel

Waiting on a parcel says would be delivered by 3pm then to get a email saying no answer at door and could not deliver no attempt was made!!! I have cctv outside my house and can prove this! Will be making a formal complaint!!
