New Patient rang on Thursday to ask for my medication to be delivered as have mobility issues. Seemed like a young girl answered she put me on hold just to ask then said it be tomorrow Friday. Chaotic and not really well served or stocked.. Medication invariably out of stock meaning extra visits. The counter girl not experienced ir proactive whick means unhelpful and not switched on having to refer for most basic questions which for a chemist is a bit disconcerting. Honestly dread going .
