The co- op have ignored my emails to complain about one of the drivers of their large lorries which smashed my garden fence down again - on 3rd .January @ 3pm. It has been 10 days at this point and have not had my complaint even acknowledged! Clearly - the co op has as much integrity as their drivers. I am disgusted!

Abdul needs some intensive training on customer service. He is slow, lazy & genuinely does not care in the slightest.
