Staff spend too much time talking to customers about absolutely anything and normally it's nothing to do with Banking

The business hours have been reduced, so we have the same amount of customers trying to bank with fewer hours. Some of the enquiries take longer than 5 minutes and there's only 2 tills to manage this.In fairness, the staff do ask customers in the queue when they get chance.Need more than two tills

Bridget in Sutton Coldfield branch was very rude, rolling her eyes and tutting while dealing with my enquiry. She was very unprofessional.
