The young staff are great and have good customer service ,but as for the the Manager ,she's obviously not happy in life, she looks down on some customers and can be very abrupt and rude, I live5 min away but I go into Gracechurch centre instead, thats how uncomfortable she makes me , She should just stick to serving the... read full comment

This will soon be my local post office and I’ve been in there a few times with letters or parcels to post and the staff have always been friendly and helpful with the postage costs and options available. It’s in a great location and super handy, can’t wait to move and be able to post at my convenience.
