The staff here are useless, lazy and incompetent. They are happy to have four people visible in the branch with only one of then actually serving at a time when there's a queue of 12 people and more joining it, whilst make out they have more important things to attend to other than the people paying their wages. Very nice staff. Polite and helpful. I move to the UK and the lady helps me in handling the document that needed to send to DVLA and making sure anything required is not missing. Thanks a lot.

Wanted a passport photo told us we needed an appointment and couldn’t book it until next year, really!! glad they can afford to turn customers away
