I have had an account here for a few years now and have watched the customer service go downhill for the last three years or so. The main theme in there seems to be go away and use the machines. I now find that they are bragging that they are not closing this branch down. Go ahead and shut it I say! just leave the machine...

Reading the response to Kal Louise review, below!Terrible - ‘encourage and educate customers on how you can manage your account without needing to use the over-the-counter service’Maybe people can’t take out hundreds from the ATM, like me! I’m only allowed £300 per day, so increase that and we will!!Cheek ?

Not the most politest of staff. Went in the branch yesterday to withdraw funds. I went to the desk. The lady said I can use the machine, I said to her that sadly I can only take out a certain amount at the machine and it also doesn’t let me take out change. It was only then she asked how much I wanted.Teach your staff...
