I recently realised that I had lost my car keys after\\nShopping in the store. The staff were brilliant and\\nwent out of their way to help me. My keys were\\nfound on the floor a couple of days later and returned\\nto me.

My partner and I regularly use this M&S store for convenience, excellent staff and location. This evening, we saved money on our scrumptious evening meal (M&S chargrilled veg pasta bake ;-) Thank you Hussein for your outstanding customer service, we really appreciated it! Geraldine :-)
