Pleasant staff but honestly they struggle with simple tasks such as finding contact lenses and customers details on the computer. Felt very cared for at my appointment today. Yenns was very personable and understanding and efficient too. Julie knew exactly what frames would suit me and picked excellent ones with the other ladies also giving their opinions when asked. Friendly atmosphere and actually quite enjoyable!!
