Very rude manager. Clearly interrupted her lunch as she came out with her fork in her hand, swapping this fork between her mouth and hands whilst talking to me. Disgusting!Refused to swap damaged items brought from the JD store (not online). Apparently it’s the process to send all damaged items off for inspection now... read full comment
