Chocolate powder spilled over the sandwich and tray, with no apologies. Christmas Eve is not the best time to visit Costa! ?

I went in to have a cup of tea and the teapots are absolutely filthy. I have never seen anything like it in my life. The white cups had coffee stains all around all of them. The hygiene in that area is awful. Please get them clean bleach does not cost much Costa. This is where viruses happen. Very unhappy customer.

Nothing good has ever come of this Costa. Each time I’ve gone in, I end up depressed.
