Absolutely shocking in every way from the person serving up to the service manager. Not bothered with customers, too busy on their phones. The quality of the food was not great either hence the compalint. When complaint was made to the service manager they were not interested at all. We went towards the end of the day and there were a number of dirty tables and the place looked a little messy and dirty. The coffee was standard for Costa Coffee.
I'd like to see more comfy seating, rather than wooden chairs. This place needs cleaning on a much more frequent basis, too.
