I mentioned I had a milk allergy and the lady went above and beyond to ensure she served me a safe drink. She double checked the oat milk packaging to ensure it was dairy free taking the time to check everything ingredient carefully. Special hot chocolate 4.40£ without cream and she didn’t even mentioned that they don’t have any cream only after I’ve been charged and seen it without cream! Beside the cream part the quantity is quite small as you can see in the picture,half glass! Lately poor service!
