Prior to the installation of self scan I'd have given two stars. Staff act like YOU are the inconvenience, very difficult to walk around the store because staff are constantly in your way, or virtually pushing you out the way when browsing because they want to stock shelves right now. My local garage and there is one particular rude woman who has no manners what so ever … she knows exactly who she is. Slams the shopping down when scanning . Terrible customer service
