Took 3 DPD parcels in at 7am and should have been collected that day for next day delivery but weren't picked up. DPD saying store didn't hand them over to the courier!

Every time I go in the staff are moaning about each other infront of customers. The team also really need to be reminded of personal hygiene. Being served by someone who has filthy hands is quite off putting!
