once again ,a three week wait to make an appointment here,why are staff not avalible when they are empty half the time at Stourbridge.

Greeted in the Stourbridge branch this morning by a quite unsmiling not very pleasant (or helpful) woman behind the counter. I was there for an enquiry only so I'm very pleased I'm lucky enough to bank with the NatWest in Kidderminster. ?
