Went to collect an item from the sorting office with my ID for the business, the same ID I was advised to take for a previous collection. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this is a terrible service, terrible opening hours (8-10am most days is borderline useless), rude staff. A wholly unpleasant experience collecting a parcel from this establishment.Royal mail - you need to raise your game with parcel collection.

Place is never open. It’s basically pot luck if it’s open don’t trust hours on Google it feels like they open when they feel like it.
