Poor. Some of the Assistants taking prescriptions are exceptionally rude with poor soft skills and are unprofessional. Had the unfortunate experience of speaking with Jane this morning. I had a query regarding a medication delivery, the service I received was very unprofessional to the point of rude.

So disappointed in the service I’ve received here. Staff were incredibly judgmental and rude. I have a chronic pain condition and am regularly prescribed painkillers by a DOCTOR.
