Great customer service was provided by the super friendly cashier when I visited last Friday around evening time, I believe her name was Nithu a really kind and joyful person. Made my day, Thank youuu

Yesterday, 2nd Dec I visited the new shell service station, very poor unqualified staff, the female cashier couldn't even operate the till, called over a colleague and both looked at one another like true aliens. First and will be the last time I visit them so will stick to other competitor service stations in the future!

I had recently visited mill service station and the customer service I received was incredible. The cashier was very cheerful and polite when she was speaking to me.
