Was told everything had been setup for a new joint account, 2 weeks later still waiting. Call the customer care to be told this branch haven’t done anything about our set up. Complete time awaiting

My local bank at Halesowen has closed. Enquired re my nearest bank and was given wrong information by a global number based in India! Disgusted.
