Closed on Saturdays, closed 1 till 2 for dinner. The got prescription Monday morning told won't be ready till Thursday afternoon. Went to Worcester st chemist & got prescription within 10 mins. No we're I'm going now !

Maybe you could mention under your opening hours that you are closed from 1 until 2.That would really help customers and stop their time being wasted.

Dropped off prescription on Monday - were told they couldn’t fill it until the day after. No problem. Tuesday still not ready - come back Wednesday. Had a text to say ready. After waiting for them to open (closed 1-2) it wasn’t ready and waited another 20 mins.
