I purchased my phone today from 3 Solihull branch and found the manager and his staff were very helpful I will be back next year to upgrade my phone next year Thank you and well done Trevor and Susan Holdsworth

Awful customer service. Would have given no stars if I had been able to. Took out a new contract and new phone which developed problems within 48 hours. Took it back to the store. No refund or replacement provided. Told me I had to contact the manufacturer. Have been with this company for years. Will be looking elsewhere... read full comment
