Arrived at the pharmacy at 21:00 exactly on 18th Jan 2024 after spending the whole day at the hospital with my toddler. The pharmacist refused to serve me, he was stood behind the counter closing up and could have used his discretion but chose to clock off on time instead. Awful service. Asked if I could come and get a flu jab earlier than dates offered on website. Reply book on line, end. This seemed to be case of 'the computer said no' zero service or initiative. Same call to Twilight pharmacy. Went straight down within 30 minutes of calling all done. What a difference.
