We visited this store to exchange a necklace that had broken within warranty. The assistant we dealt with was lovely and extremely helpful. There was no stress or quibble about exchanging. The transaction was very efficient. I would highly recommended Swarovski jewellery for peace of mind.

Having purchased some earings and finding they were not fit for purpose (the design would not allow me to insert them) I took them back to the shop. The assistant said she would only exchange?
