I used this post office for many years , but the service is gone downhill , not the same what it used to be . That’s why I have started using Bentley Heath post office , very friendly staff , very receptive and plenty parking on site (which is bonus)

Knowle post office successfully not doing what other Post offices seem to manage very obligingly. They just can't be bothered

Super slow service, took 40 mins to drop a package off
