Dreadful exchange policy. Brand new with tags, receipt in hand, 31 days old CANNOT exchange it. Dont want a refund, just an item that fits me!

Attrocious customer service. Take your money with a smile but once an exchange is requested it feels like they dont care. Avoid if you like good customer service.
