Myself and 3 friends visited your cafe on Monday 27 November at 11.00am. We were all appalled at the length of time we had to wait in the queue for our drinks and cake. A total of 24 minutes. There was only one person operating the drinks area.
Surely at a peak time like this there SHOULD be more staff available.

When I reached the till I asked the server whether they served fish and chips. Without answering me, she ‘ pointed’ to the poster behind her and looked at me. Clearly, this meant they were ( still and at that moment), still serving fish and chips. She did not smile once and was consistently rude throughout our interaction.... read full comment
