I was very happy with my recent visit to nationwide Solihull. Laura ( staff member ) helped me , she sat with me to give me step by step instructions of what I needed to do to. Laura helped entertain my young son , getting him a pen and paper so he could draw whilst I could complete paperwork.Thank you Laura & thank you...

Have been into this bank twice now to try and stop a company called “sweep” taking £14.99 out of my bank account multiple times a month and they had no intentions to help but to tell me it was basically my fault I had signed up to something! Absolute joke of bank goin to Be switching ASAP
