Staff here are always so pleasant and helpful..They remember past purchases Ive made, and ask if Im still happy with them..Such polite consideration makes me want to return and buy more!And obviously...the footwear on sale is just wonderful!

I just wanted to let people know of my experience at this Kirk Geiger store in the touchwood center, Solihull.My wife had an issue with a bag she’d bought from KG.I took it in to the store and Michelle the store manager and lady who works along side her were brilliant at their job.
