I would just like to say thank you to Sarah and the other lady in the branch as they helped me massively when I was stuck in the car park that only accepted cash and I had no card or cash on me at the time due to being in a rush in the morning. Whether it was a simple gesture, to me it helped massively and saved me a lot...

The worst people/management I have spoken to in this branch, the manager and their staff no idea what and how to deal with the customer and it was like they were pushing the customers not to open an account with them. I need to officially launch a claim against them. Hsbc will need provide training some to their staff....
