Took and order for click and collect but they’re not fulfilling the order. CS couldn’t contact the store to find out what’s going on. Resolution team won’t reply by email. Had to resort to Twitter to make contact (that’s insane). Still not resolved, last update was to just wait longer than the original time quoted...

Excellent service and response, when having my new bike built. Good advice and keen interest to ensure that I was best served with safety instructions, and after sales service. Had another superb service from Paul at Shirley store 6 March who repaired a faulty ebike battery cover for me gratis.

Worst bucket ever. The handle keeps coming off. You would think mankind had a handle on buckets by now.
