The service and products are just terrible. I'm literally just standing there waiting for food and its clear they have forgotten about me. The Toasted Sandwiches is terrible just overcooked and the prices is just overpriced for what its worth.. They just leave it in the oven so its just becomes rock hard. The way this so called manager Jamie treated his staff and talked to them ( young girls) is disgusting the way he acted towards consumers is a despicable he should not be in charge COSTA COFFEE SHOULD BE ASHAMED

great store great staff will definitely come again and such lovely staff and always happy to help with customers no matter what jobs they are trying to do.
