Booked a nose piercing online. Arrived today to get it done and they didn't even have the jewellery to pierce with. So a totally wasted journey and also made me out of pocket with travel expense and car park fee. Prices online was cheaper than what was given to us in store by a significant amount. No apology given for wasting...
