Absolutely appalling customer service. Wanted to purchase some eyedrops, to be told my eyes look fine! By a completely unqualified member of staff who was rude and misinformed. I've sent an email to Boots head office regarding this matter.

This chemist is a joke, you go the doctor’s to get medication, he sent a prescription to the chemist. Only then the chemist doesn’t have your medication and tells you to phone every chemist in the area to find your own medication. excuse me, me do your job ? you have a duty of care, you’re paid as a pharmacy to phone... read full comment
