I stayed for my Birthday 10/2/2024, it was absolutely awesome. From check in with a lovely lady called Piyal assisted by Jake and then the bar staff, John and Belle. I couldn't have asked for a better Birthday.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the receptionist Kerry B who does everything with a smile, from welcoming guests to trying her upmost to helping everyone with their enquiries! After a busy day trying to cram everything, it means a lot to have someone so pleasant!

Booked 7 rooms on a 2 night stay for an exhibition at the NEC. My room was missed by the housekeeper for a clean so not impressed when I arrived back after a long day and the room was untouched.
