The reduced pizza from the pizza bar was like cheap ass toasty loaf with tomato sauce but considering what’s charged full price perhaps the woman on that counter shouldn’t go into great detail of her skin complaint with a lot of detail of her hands and arms to 2 particular customers so bad I thought it was a skit

toilets were locked at 8am and even after numerous times staff members were told and announcements were, nobody came to open them.
it took a man with a screwdriver to jimmy the lock.
there was a young boy waiting that nearly wet himself.
truly shocking level of customer service.
