Well done to Adam, the very helpful security guard, who popped to the cafe straight after my phone call to Asda, to retrieve a book I had left in the cafe today. He didn’t have to do that and I feel, went above and beyond to help.I regard this as great customer service from a very decent young man. Give him a bonus Asda!!!!

disgusting customer service. i am struggle with english and 2 worker shouting at me waving receipt in my face when i want to return item. after when i go to self checkout they look at me dirty and talk behind my back. disgusting service never return?
