I have been sitting here almost 1 hour waiting to print out a bank statement, there is no other customers. The staff are just sitting around doing nothing

I was left open mouthed last week when I overheard two staff members discussing a friends account in the middle of the bank, they were so loud that I could hear every word they said.

First time I've been in years to the bank, Pam was amazing at this branch, she's a true professional and helped me so much it's insane.
