Post office has gone right down in all areas: customer service is non existent. You'd only go twice for a refund. Use the shops at the top of Londonderry Lane - better prices, service and happy to serve you, unlike this poorly managed "establishment".

I would have appreciated it if the owner could suggest a few different rates so that sending a postcard alone to another address in the UK wouldn't have cost me £6.50 plus their Google hours is not correct

Parcel force allegedly took my parcel here. I don’t know if this is true as they didn’t bother coming to the house (we have ring doorbell) or to leave a card for me to collect it.On tracking it says delivered to this godforsaken place where they won’t answer the phone.I paid for next day delivery not to go and get...
