Oh I love this place. It can get busy but due to the lovely service this is to be expected. One of my fave if not my favourite post offices in brum. Very friendly but professional. I find the ladies at this post office, which l use frequently, to be friendly and very knowledgeable in their products and services. Always a cheery word in what l see can be challenging situations sometimes. All they ask is a little respect they’re only trying to help!!My reason for 4 stars and not 5 are the long queue... read full comment

One the most helpful and friendliest staff I’ve encountered at any post office. They go out their way to help you.
