I visited KFC today and placed an order at the kiosk. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the poor attitude and behavior of an employee named Wasim, who identified himself as an assistant manager. Awful order through the kfc app missing fries wasn't helpful at all customer advisor promise we get a refund on the whole item but no we didn't only refund on the fries I mention it many times as this has happen in the same restaurant but she promise me I will get a full refund which I did not very disappointed very let... read full comment
