Looks like Im not the only one to state the obvious but BHF is incredibly overpriced. You can get things cheaper on ebay!

Unfortunately the customer service was rubbish. I went to drop off book to donate and the lady was quite rude and unhelpful. She didnt even say hello and I didn't even get a thanks for donating, considering I've donated to British heart foundation for years. A little thanks would have been nice. Absolutely gob smacked. Went in here today for a little browse and the pricing is astronomical. I understand they want to do the best by the charity but some of the price's I saw today were borderline offensive.
