The staff have always been very friendly towards me, taking the time to explain anything I don't understand. I called to make an appointment for a flu jab. The lady told me that just walk in and there was no need for an appointment. When I went to the pharmacy at 6pm, I was told they were busy with the prescription costumers and I have to wait for at least 20 minutes. They told me to come back later when it was less busy.
