Walked in your sears retail park costa for a takeaway coffee 2 mins before closing to be told they closed at 7pm. I said it is 18:58. Yes we'll we have already cashed up and cleaned so we can't serve you. Surely you should only be cashing up and cleaning after closing, isn't that what opening hours means?
