Got massively overcharged by the manager who even seemed surprised yet didn't question it eve though she must have known the prices weren't £2.50 for a steak bake, standards are sinking

Really busy branch of Greggs, lots of deliveries and queues are often out of the door.
Staff do the best they can, considering how busy they get.
Food is at expected standards.
