You get what you are used to. Very standardised approach which is why the food is so cheap.

Had a home delivery that was fulfilled by this McDonald and there was food missing! Phoned up the restaurant and they denied responsibility and told us to phone Uber, even though we ordered directly through the McDonalds app! We paid again for the missing food! Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered through their app (I don’t recommend this). They got the order wrong and it’s taken an hour to get in contact with them and a whole 25 calls. It’s an absolute joke.
