I went today with my aunty for her daughter’s vaccination appointment the nurse Kusum das is very very rude. She didn’t even know how talk with patient. I really want department should take any action and teach her how to talk with patient . Very poor customer service.

Went for a Covid vaccine jab in the walking chemist like the nhs app recommended, only to be told to come back tomorrow morning between 09.30 to 12.30, they didn’t really care ?♂️The chemist and app should state this clearly. No walk in on afternoons.Two buses to get there and a wasted journey. Would not recommend...
