Staff helpful & friendly when you visit. However, they never answer the phone. I've been phoning for on & off for 2 days, no reply. I have a query on a medication that they supplied. Very bad.

Shocking service staff have no clue. All they have been saying for the past 6 months is “We are changing ownership “ cannot wait for you to change ownership and hopefully get some decent staff that know what they are doing!!They never have prescriptions ready to pick up ?
