I bought a diamond ring and size wasn’t perfect when i went next day they Said they don’t have size and i need to wait 6 week then they can give me my ring.its been 4month i Didn't get it and not sure i will get it or not.

I honestly love shopping here at Warren James but I will not be purchasing from there again for the poor service I have received today. I purchased a ring on Tuesday and went to ask to swap it today and I was refused to get it swapped due to me “wearing the ring” & because it has “scratches” which I find ridiculous... read full comment
