SHAMBLES!!!!!!! Went in to pay money into MY ACCOUNT and the hole in the wall said cheques only so queued at the counter to be told thats got to be done on the machine. I explained it says cheques only, they apologised and said forgot to take sign off but said they can do it at counter as we queued. Presented my nationwide...

Great service from Karen today when setting up an ISA for my wife.Had to wait about 20 mins as it was a busy Saturday morning.Called in advance and was informed no booking just call in and wait, waiting area has plenty of seating and was well organised.Good experience ?

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Also they attended to my needs swiftly with lots of advice on how to operate my Acc. Overrall very competent and professional.
